Welcome to the Annual Birmingham to London Charity Bike Ride
This year's cycle ride is set for 21st-22nd July 2012

Are you up for a tremendously fun challenge and at the same time raise funds for a very worthwhile cause? Why not enter the Birmingham to London Charity Bike Ride covering 130 miles over 2 days? Or how about joining the 130-mile relay running team. Team Fauja?

Raising money for children's charities

This year we are raising money for Rainbow Trust, providing support for terminally ill children and their families across the UK. Every year a children's charity is selected as the ride's beneficiary. Over the last 22 years the ride has raised an excess of £300,000 in aid of different children's charity groups. Previous beneficiaries include Bernado's, NSPCC, Capital FM's Help a London Child Appeal. Ealing Hospital's Playground in the Sky Appeal. Contact a Family, dEBra, Down syndrome Research Foundation, Whizz Kidz , Richard House , SCOPE, Children with Leukemia and WellChild.

The Challenge (CROSS ENGLAND)

Day 1: The ride starts from Birmingham (Smethwick) and proceeds through Coventry, Daventry and through Bedfordshire taking in the picturesque views of our British countryside. It then reaches its centennial milestone in Luton where there is an over night stay.

Day 2: The ride continues in the morning and passes through St Albans. Radlet, Elstree and Harrow before reaching its final destination to Southall in West London.
